In the year 2018,
I organized 1st ever grand award ceremony for state, national and international players which was the easiest option to connect with players. In the 1st year, we recognized 500 players. Next year in 2019 we worked Even harder and awarded 1552 players of 110 different sport categories. This was also registered in the Golden Book Of World record to recognise 1552 players under 1 roof. In 2020 by following Covid rules we divided the same work at the district level and the same day we awarded 5100 players and now in the year 2021 again we awarded 11000 players. Throughout these years I have recognized over 16000 players. I connected with them. I have created a big team of players for players to provide the best facilities and guidance. I am trying my best to avail all the possible things to needies. My vision is to see Players from our state represent not only Chhattisgarh but the nation India in Olympics 2028.

I feel this project is unique because our players were living a life of non-guidance, and no one was taking the initiative. Our players are in lack guidance and are disappointed. They had lost their hope and many started giving up on sports. I encouraged them through awards and recognitions and providing them opportunities to play.

After starting the project I realized that talent is hidden in the backward indigenous places but they lack resources and guidance.

After this initiative many of the players of these areas connected with me and started again with their sports.
